When NeverMiss rings your mobile or landline for you, that leg of the call has a cost. Each month's call divert credit covers it first. Your usage and what is left are always visible in your account, with the live per-minute rates for your plan, so nothing is a surprise.

What is call divert credit?
Call divert credit is a monthly allowance towards the cost of diverting calls to a UK mobile or landline. Your usage is itemised in your account, so you can see where it goes.
What happens if I use more than my AI minutes?
Extra AI time is 15p per minute, or as little as 10p if you buy a bundle in advance. Bundle minutes are a one-off purchase and roll over. We also check your real usage and tell you if another plan would cost you less.
Do I need new hardware or an app?
No. Your NeverMiss number diverts to the UK mobile or landline you already use. You answer calls the way you do today.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you turn recording on. When it is on, callers hear a disclosure first, and you choose how long recordings are kept.
