Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply when you use NeverMiss.tel.
1. The service
NeverMiss.tel provides UK business telephone numbers, call routing, Call Firewall, voicemail and an AI receptionist (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account, including by anyone you give access to.
3. Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling. Each plan includes the AI minutes and call divert credit described on our pricing page. Extra AI time and diverted call usage beyond your allowance are charged at the rates shown in your account. Tax is shown where it applies. You can change or cancel your plan from your account; changes take effect as shown there.
4. Emergency calls
The Service is for receiving business calls. It is not a replacement for a normal phone line and must not be relied on to make or route emergency calls. Always keep another way to contact 999 or 112.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, harass or defraud people, send unlawful or unsolicited marketing, or interfere with the Service or other customers. We may suspend or limit use that threatens the Service, other customers or the carrier network, or that suggests fraud.
6. Call recording and AI
You decide whether calls are recorded and what the AI receptionist may say and do. You are responsible for using these features lawfully, including telling callers about recording where required. We provide an automatic disclosure when recording is on. AI can make mistakes, so review transcripts and the knowledge you approve, and don't use the AI for advice or decisions where an error could cause serious harm.
7. Numbers
You do not own a number we provide, but you may ask to move it to another provider under the applicable rules. If you transfer a number to us, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we depend on carriers and other providers and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can end or suspend your account if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. When an account ends we handle your data as described in our privacy notice.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you by email before changes that matter to you take effect.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you may have additional rights where you live. Questions: hello@nevermiss.tel.
